Foundation House at Northgate is a non-profit company that has been providing assisted living and independent living services since 1997. However, due to significant financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has made the difficult decision to close its doors. The closure will be effective on September 30, 2021 for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021 for independent living facilities.
